At Infinite Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality custom sports apparel. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@theinfiniteinc.com or call (614) 681-0600 with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a resolution if the issue is determined to be a production error on our part.
