Domestic Shipping Policy
At Infinite Inc., we strive to deliver high-quality custom sports apparel in a timely manner. All orders are guaranteed to be completed and shipped within a maximum of 5 weeks from the date of purchase.
Processing & Production Time:
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Production time varies based on order volume, but many orders are completed sooner depending on queue times.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Infinite Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Infinite Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
