Domestic Shipping Policy

At Infinite Inc., we strive to deliver high-quality custom sports apparel in a timely manner. All orders are guaranteed to be completed and shipped within a maximum of 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Processing & Production Time:

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Production time varies based on order volume, but many orders are completed sooner depending on queue times.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Infinite Inc.​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Infinite Inc.​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
